This shifter fit my 2002 Mustang V6. Some mentioned the brass bushing in the car was too small for shifter to fit, mine fit fine.
You will need oil resistant RTV to seal the shifter to the trans and blue thread locker (medium strength) for all the hardware.
For my application I took the springs that were installed out and replaced them with the included stiffer springs. Until I did this the shifter would not return to center on its own.
